Here are my makes using some fabulous new goodies from STAMPlorations!

First, here's a tag to celebrate YOU using Sentiments from BOLD SENTIMENTS: GORGEOUS and CUTplorations Oval Shaker Balloons dies
I started with a tag cut from Plaid Designer paper from MME and embossed the Gorgeous sentiment in white. I cut out the balloons in colors to match the plaid background and embossed the "Simply" sentiment in white. The red balloon is adhered with 3D foam tape for added dimension. Some twine and a paper-pierced edge for a faux stitched look finished it off. :o)

Next up, is a little fun and bright card for a Happy Birthday! I used Happy Birthday Sentiment set- Can I just say I LURVE the fonts used in this set??? so much fun! I embossed the "Birthday" sentiment in white and watercolored the background using Jane Davenport's Watercolor Brights set. Once dry, I stamped the "Happy" sentiment in Jet Black Archival Ink. I finished with the adorable  little shaker present using the CUTPlorations Gift Builder #2 die set.
Layered onto yellow and blue cardstock and finished with some black Nuvo Enamel Drops.

Don't forget to link up AND..yes there is more... ALL the products in the store, including this new release, are 15% off until July 7, 2017....AND if you use the Discount Code STAMPGIRLAMY you get another 20% off....so yep that's a total of 35%!! Happy Shoppin'! ;o)

LBBS~Dream Canvas

Hello, crafty friends, today I have a lil' Mixed Media Canvas using one of the amazing Mixed Media Images that Olga has in the Little Blue Button Shop! I used the Angel digi stamp

Isn't she beautiful???
Be sure to check out the other amazing Mixed Media Images in the shop here

Here's my canvas:

I started by applying texture paste thru a TCW Reverse Chicken Wire stencil. Once dry, I sprayed some color sprays in Orange, yellow and red and stamped some shapes for added texture for my background.

I watercolored the ANGEL image with Derwent Inktense pencils and fussy cut out. I adhered her to my canvas with gel medium and 3D foam tape. I finished by adhering different feathers I stamped, die cut and shaped/curled. I finished with a simple sentiment and voila! :o)

I sure hope I've inspired you today.

Happy craftin'!

STAMPlorations~ Sunday Stencil #101

Happy Sunday everyone! I'm sharing a tag I made for STAMPlorations Sunday Stencil #101. The designers have created some fabulous mixed media projects to inspire you. You can find them  here so be sure to check them out and leave them some luv! :o)

Today I used ARTplorations  Emanations Stencil along with sentiments from Bold Sentiments: Explore STAMPlorations Stamp Set.

A pretty quick and easy background using a watercolor paper tag and some Distress Oxide inks applied thru the Emanations Stencil. I splattered some White acrylic paint and let dry. I used some Brushos in Orange and emerald green on an airplane diecut and applied some washi tape from my stash onto the tag. Stamped sentiments from the
Bold Sentiments: Explore STAMPlorations Stamp Set and used foam tape for added dimension to adhere the sentiments and airplane. Some ribbon and button finished off the tag.

I hope you were inspired to play along in our Monthly Challenge, there is still some time to join in.

STAMPlorations~June Mixed Media Challenge

Happy Sunday everyone, it's that time again for a new challenge over at
http://stamplorations.blogspot.com/2017/03/stencil-sunday-march-5.html

The theme is always anything mixed media goes, except a card! Just remember you must use at least one stencil (any brand) in your project. You have until the end of the month to play!

This month I used some fun new products from STAMPlorations. :o)

I started by playing with some Distress Oxides in Wilted Violet and Peeled Paint and the new Curve Play ARTplorations Stencil to create my background.

I then stamped the 3 different sized butterflies from the Trendy Butterflies 2 set onto text paper and colored the 2 smallest with the same Distress Oxide Inks used in the background and fussy cut them out. I layered them onto the tag for added dimension and stamped the sentiments from Happy Happy Birthday and Gorgeous Bold Sentiment sets in Jet Black Archival Ink. A little doodled border finished it off.

I sure hope I've inspired you to get crafty and join in our challenge.

LBBS~ Sophie and Sam Tag

Good morning crafty friends, today I'm super excited to share with you my make for
http://lbbstamps.com/
Here's a lil' tag using Kite Sophie & Sam which is one of the two adorable new releases this month.

I started with a tag made from MDF Chipboard and then covered it with Recollections Designer papers and layered them on. I added a Doily and the kite embellie (also from Recollections) and a button and twine to finish it off. :o)

I colored this adorable image with Distress Markers and Spectrum Noir Markers. I fussy cut it out and adhered it with 3D foam tape for added dimension.

These two are just too cute for words even! Love them! :o)
