LBBS~ Donut Worry...

Good morning crafty friends, today I'm super excited to share with you my make for
http://lbbstamps.com/
Here's a lil' tag using Donuts Digital Stamps which is one of the two  new releases this month. You get 2 DELICIOUS Donuts in this little set!

Here is my card:
As soon as I saw this yummy donut, I knew I wanted to make it into a shaped card.
I printed one copy onto Kraft Paper and one copy onto Neenah Smooth Solar White Cardstock. Before cutting out the one on Kraft paper, I lined up another Kraft sheet and cut out the image. This gave me the backing to the Donut card. I then scored the backing about a 1/2' from the top and used scor-tape to adhere to my card front.

I colored the Donut Topping on the White CS and fussy cut out, I also added some shading to my donut on the Kraft paper using Spectrum Noir Markers. I edged all the edges with FC Black Pitt Pen and then embossed with Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel (UTEE) to give it a GLAZED look. I stamped my sentiment from the Two Paper Divas "Just Donuts" Stamp set (retired) onto Pink CS and adhered across my donut.

There we have it...a fun and delicious shaped card! Be sure to check out the other beautiful creations from the DT and leave them some love!

I sure hope I've inspired you to get crafty today!

Two Paper Divas~ Mmmmm Donuts!

Good Morning everyone, I'm back to share with you a shaker card for Two Paper Divas!

using the newly released Just Donuts. How cute and delicious is this set?? I couldn't help but make it a shaker card so my donuts had sprinkles...cause what is a donut without sprinkles??? ;o)

I started by stamping the dounts with Black Archival Ink and coloring them with Spectrum Noir Markers. I then stamped the Sentiment in Pink Passion Stampin' Up! Ink and then cut out the donut tops and layered that onto some acetate. I added some fun foam to the backing and added my "chocolate sprinkles"- brown assorted beads from Recollections- and layered that onto brown shimmer cardstock so it's a delicious chocolate donut! ;o) Mounted that onto a pink striped card base and finished with some pink and chocolate brown Liquid Pearls and voila...delicious CAS goodness!

note to self: it's really DIFFICULT to take pictures that have acetate...get a reflection no matter what angle! DOH! hehehe.

and here's the inside I did using different sentiment & donut from the Just Donuts set with. Some glossy accents on the donut finished it off for a nice glossy finish!

Thank you for stoppin' by and be sure to join me next Friday to see another fun make using September's NEW RELEASES!! ;o)

Wait...don't forget to check out Two Paper Divas on the blog, FB, Instagram and Pinterest for more product information, DT Inspiration and New Releases.

Mmmmmm Chocolate!

Mmmmm Chocolate...that says it all doesn't it? ;o) It really just makes things better sometimes.
For Jellypark Challenges, the challenge this week is to make the SENTIMENT KEY. I liked this....so here's what I came up with:
Here's a closer look at the sentiment and stamp from Close to My Heart "A Chocolate Affair" set.

Since I wanted the sentiment to take center stage, I layered different shades of brown. I kept the embellies simple, again to keep the sentiment key. The ribbon and gems are from Recollections.

I'd like to enter the following challenges:
