For this challenge, I used the retro babe Trixie Deville!

How AMAZING is she?? Loved coloring her!

I hoped to make her sassy yet feminine. My mom has red hair and she actually has a picture of her wearing cat glasses just like this. So I thought I'd make this a Mother's Day card and I just know she'll love her!

I colored her with SN Markers. CS is from Recollections and Bazzil. EF's are all from 

Cuttlebug. Flowers and Ribbon are 

from my stash.

I used Blowing Bubbles from Art by Mi Ran.

 CS is from American Crafts and DP is from my scraps pile- woohoo love it when I can use them up!

I colored the image with SN markers and used stickles and Glossy Accents on some of the bubbles for different hues and texture:

I finished it off with a button and Twine from my stash. The sentiment is from Scrap-a-liciousTimes.

Robin Christmas Wishes!

I had so much fun coloring this lil' guy! DP is Graphic 45 and holly berries are Petaloo.

Happy Birthday Lil' Lady!

Good afternoon!

Imagine That! Digi's By Kris has a monthly Progressive Challenge.

This month we got the cute
Ladybug Boots & Daisies Planter.

I used the pre-colored image and sentiment from the set. CS is Bazzil and Recollections. As I'm mailing this card, I kept it simple. The Cute lil' Lady Bugs are from my stash. I used EK Tools Border for some shape.

I used Glossy Accents on the Boots to make them look like wet rain boots. Yellow Stickles was used on the flower centers.

Sweet Baby Girl

Hello my lovelies!

 I'm here to share 

my card with you for

 

My cousin just had a beautiful Baby Girl, so I used  Bitty Baby Girl Vintage Set. 

The images in this set are just GORGEOUS!!

I kept with the soft colors of the image with CS from DSWV. Little Baby Shoes Die is from Michael's. Lace, Pear and flowers are from my stash. 

I got the sentiment from a garage sale, so I don't have the name. :( But its stamped in Memento's Dew Drop Potter's Clay. 

I used the same CS in the inside and stamped "Twinkle Poem" from Stampendous . Such a sweet sentiment.

For my last challenge with {Pin}sperational Challenges, I used the adorable Ella Ballerina from Kith and Kin Stamp Co.

 I used a base card from Recollections and CS is American Crafts and DP is scraps from my Scrap Pile. 

I colored the image with SN markers. Here's a closer look:

Bling, twine and Button are all from stash. Stickles in Diamond was used on the heart in her headband.  Oval and Scalloped dies were used from Spellbinders. 

I wanted to thank Deanne and the fabulous DT ladies for a wonderful 8 months. I will truly miss them all!

Aren't they the cutest?? For my card this week, I did a lot of layers but kept it simple on the embellies as I wanted the focus on the adorable image.

Fresh Brewed Designs April Blog Hop and New Digi Release!

Hi Ya Chicka!

Hello my lovelies! It's time for a new challenge over at Sparkles Monthly Challenges. 

Our theme this month is:

FAVORITE COLOR COMBO!

For this challenge I used Chloe and Her Peeps from Tiddly Inks. 

This is such a sweet set with the little chicks and  witty sentiments! Love it!

 Told ya She was a Cutie Patootie! So, as you can see, one of my favorite color combo's is PINK & PURPLE. 

I went with soft pastel hues as it's Spring Time. 

I colored Chloe with SN Markers. 

I used the same CS (American Crafts), DP's (Recollections) and Feather Die's (Memory Box) in the inside as well.

 I Paper pierced around the edges and then used a white Gellyroll pen for faux stitching. Pop dots were used for the base and image for added depth.

Finished it off with Pink and Purple enamel dots.

Birds are singing, kids are riding bikes around the neighborhood, pollen has covered everything, 

bees are busy buzzing around newly bloomed flowers  ... SPRING IS HERE! 

I just love these adorable Daffodil  and Daisy images! I used Daffodil Daisy- Perfect for Spring!

With mother's day coming I went with making my mom a Bookmark- this image actually reminds me of her gardening with her floppy hat except she has dogs and Pink Rain Boots. lol. She also loves sitting outside reading so I combined 2 of her hobbies into this little creation.

The CS and Ribbon are from American Crafts and DP's are DCWV. The sentiment is embossed on the back, but it hard to see in this picture. :(

It's a Great Impressions Sentiment about having a flower for every time she's made me laugh and smile, I'd have a garden to walk in forever. Awwww! lol!

I colored this fabulous image with SN Markers and White Gellyroll for the print on her dress:
