Mom=Friend

Good afternoon everyone!

I wanted to share this card I made for my mom using

Now my mom is one of my best friends, I love her dearly and when I saw this image, I had to get it. I colored it up as us two as well! (My mother being the feisty red-head and me the spicy Brunette!) LOL!

I'm happy to say she loved it as we always go for coffee together to catch up on our girl chats!

CS is American Crafts and DP's are from Recollections. I used Dies from Spellbinders (image) and My Favorite Things (Sentiment). Finished it off with Flowers, bling Strip, Ribbon and my home-made enamel dots. :o)

Hi Ya Chicka!

Hello my lovelies! It's time for a new challenge over at Sparkles Monthly Challenges. 

Our theme this month is:

FAVORITE COLOR COMBO!

Our lovely sponsor this month is:

For this challenge I used Chloe and Her Peeps from Tiddly Inks. 

This is such a sweet set with the little chicks and  witty sentiments! Love it!

 Told ya She was a Cutie Patootie! So, as you can see, one of my favorite color combo's is PINK & PURPLE. 

I went with soft pastel hues as it's Spring Time. 

I colored Chloe with SN Markers. 

I used the same CS (American Crafts), DP's (Recollections) and Feather Die's (Memory Box) in the inside as well.

 I Paper pierced around the edges and then used a white Gellyroll pen for faux stitching. Pop dots were used for the base and image for added depth.

Finished it off with Pink and Purple enamel dots.

Good day all! For this "Sweet Blessings" Card I used Cupcake Bugg from Tiddly Inks.

 

My layout was based on I {heart} Card Sketches Sketch026.

 

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Markers; used Liquid Pearls in Pink on the middle cupcake frosting and Distress Stickles in Worn Lipstick on the wings.

 

 

I used My Spellbinder Circle Die to die cut the image and the Fishtail Flags Stax from My Favorite Things. I heat embossed the sentiment with Recollections Ruby Embossing Powder; the sentiment is Sweetest Blessings from Gina K Designs.
