I used #571- Brooke. I colored her with SN Markers and highlighted with a white Gellyroll Pen.
The DP's are pink scraps from my stash. The CS base is from DCVW's Shimmer Stack. The sentiment is from Fresh Brewed Designs. The bling strips are from the local craft store. The Ribbon is from Recollections and the button from Fabricland.
I used popdots for the flower in Brooke's hair.
