make using Charlie
Wavy Hair which is one of two adorable new releases this month.
Here's my
lil' card:
I used
some pretty spring Design Papers for my base. Added a sentiment from
Altenew and
some twine and button finished it off. :o)
I colored
the lil' cutie with Spectrum Noir Markers and used a white Molotow Pen
for highlights/details and fussy cut her out.
