Two Paper Divas~ A Little Mixed Media and some Watercoloring

Happy Friday Crafty Friends, I'm back to share with you a few makes I made for
http://www.twopaperdivas.com/shop/
First up is a Lil' Mixed Media Canvas I made using Mason Jars and some hearts from the I Chews You set.

I used Gelatos and some mini wood chips for the background. I also added some texture with Well Rounded Stencil from TCW and Golden Molding Paste. I put some old Dictionary Paper over some Chipboard Hearts I had in my stash and used Red Gelato and White Embossing powder of them to balance the hearts in the jar. Finished with "Love" Wood sentiment from Michael's that I colored with Red Gelato.

I stamped the cute Jar Image from the Mason Jars set in Archival Black Ink. I then Stamped hearts from the I Chews You set in Magenta Archival Ink with one Red one in Stazon. I fussy cut it out and tied some twine around it with a cute lil' bow.

Here's a side view- LURVE the texture.

Now for some quick and easy fun cards using the smooshing effect and the Home Blessing  sentiment. Kristina Werner does a great tutorial here: :o)

Two Paper Divas~ Burst with Love

Happy Friday Crafty Friends, I'm back to share with you another make
http://www.twopaperdivas.com/shop/

using sentiments from I Chews You and Sweet Sentiments.

I started by cutting 1inch strips of DP from Prima- Julie Nutting #911270
and gluing them down in random at an angle. I then inked the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink to soften it. I stamped a sentiment from  the I Chews You set in Versafine Sepia. I finished with some heart dies cute from Spellbinders and Amy Tangerine.

I propped up the larger (Amy Tangerine) Heart die cut with 3D foam tape for added dimension.

Of course I had to tie in the front theme with the inside of the card, so I added some Heart die cuts as well with the "Sweet Thoughts" sentiment from the Sweet Sentiments set. Love how you can mix and match between Two Paper Diva Sets.

Thank you for stopping by, I hope I've inspired you and have a fabulous weekend!

Faery Ink~ Gabbie the Orchid Faery

Good Morning Crafty Friends, I'm here to share a card I made for
http://faeryink.com/

using the newly released "Gabbie the Orchid Faery".
I just love the lush flowers and gorgeous details on this image. A  definite MUST HAVE- can be for Birthday's, missing you, thinking of you or just a "Hello"!! I think that's why I'm so in love with Amanda's images, they are so versatile. :o)

I went with a red, green and black color palette to keep the lush colors but not have it look like Christmas and I think the black accomplishes that. I used CS from Recollections and DP from Momenta.

I colored the image with SN Markers and added some twine and flowers from my stash. I then finished with some Aged Ivory Frantage and voila!

Of course I had to finish the inside of the card with the same design as the front using a sentiment from Happy Valentines Day set by Jessica Lynn Original and Red Staz On Ink :

Hope I've inspired you to get crafty today.

Happy Crafting!
~hugs~

http://faeryink.com/

using the Newly  Released Bella Heart of the 90's.
She comes with or without the heart. Here's my tag using the no-heart version. :o)

I primed it with Gesso and then  used Royal Purple and Pink Acrylic paints. Added some stamped hearts from Stampin' up! I then added some Aged Wine Embossing Enamel and Royal Purple Glass Glitters from the Stampendous Frantage Encrusted-Purple set. I finished with embossed Scripted Hearts from Stampin' Up and tucked them behind her.Silver enamel dots finished it off with some Baker's Twine from American Crafts.
I colored this beauty with Spectrum Noir Markers

and here's a side view where you can see I propped her up with Foam Dots for dimension.

Happy Friday Crafty Friends, I'm back to share with you another make
http://www.twopaperdivas.com/shop/

using this Month's newly released Home Family Blessing
I used DP's from  Prima- Julie Nutting #911270.I distressed and inked the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
Some Spellbinders dies added a fun element to it. I added some Shabby White Frantage for texture and some Liquid Pearls in Bisque. Some luscious Ribbon and pink enamel dots finished it off for what I hope is a shabby chic feel. It's not my usual style but had a lot of fun with it and love how it turned out.

Here's the sweet blessing inked up in Versafine Sepia.

Two Paper Divas~ Flower Doodles 2 Tag!

Happy Friday Crafty Friends, thank you for stopping by!

I'm uber excited to share with you my very first make for
http://www.twopaperdivas.com/shop/

using this month's new release Flower Doodles 2 with a sentiment from the

Here we go...

I started with a #8 tag base and applied DP from Prima- Julie Nutting #911270.I inked the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink to soften it up and added a heart Doily from my stash but only used half.

I stamped the petals with Versafine Vintage Sepia ink onto the DP and fussy cut them, I then used  a white Uni-Ball Signo Pen for highlights.

and with some American Crafts Hemp Twine and a wood button from my stash

At the bottom of the tag, I added some aqua Ribbon and made some cutouts using the centre's of the Flowers Doodles 2 set
which I cut in half. See you don't have to just use them as a flower piece...such a versatile set. :o)

I sure hope I've inspired you and come back next Friday as I'll have a couple more lil' makes for you using Home Family Blessing and the different ways you can use this sentiment. :o)
