I used the super sweet With a Little Love for my card. What a great image to work with!

Here's a closer look at the image colored with SN Markers.

I used Shimmer CS from DCWV and American Crafts. DP is from Recollections "Valentine" Stack. 
Used Glossy Accents on the hearts and Stickles on the bubbles. Finished it with bling and feather ribbon from my stash.
