Woohoo! It's time for another TAGplorations Challenge!

Yay! I do love me some tags and now STAMPlorations is featuring a monthly TAGplorations challenge with a theme and optional twist!

This month it's all about GRATITUDE and the optional twist is: Polka Dots!

Here's my tag album featuring TAGplorations Tags 1, Uppercase Alpha, Lowecase Alpha and  Clustered Hearts Dies along with STAMPlorations Houses & Art Marks, Stamp sets. 

I started by cutting 2 of the larges tags from the Tags 1 die set from chipboard. I covered the tags with some pale design paper and gave it a gesso wash. I applied Distress Oxides in Broken China, Peacock Feathers and Peeled Paint , by sponging the colors directly to the tags to create my scenes. I stamped some stamps from the Art Marks set for some added dimension and used a text stamp from my stash for another layer. 

I used my new Jane Davenport Aqua Pastels on watercolored paper and once dry, stamped the houses from the Houses stamp set. I fussy cut them out and adhered them to the tags. I do love the stripes of vibrant colors. Love, love, love! :o)

I cut out the "HOME SWEET HOME" using the Uppercase Alpha, Lowecase Alpha and  Clustered Hearts Dies and glued them to the tags with Tombow Clear glue. 

I hole punched the side holes to connect my album with small binder rings which I colored with alcohol pens in blue and green. Some black ribbon tied it all together. lol!
