Good Morning Crafty Friends!

It's my turn to host Design Team Day over at Meljen's Designs . 

I did up a card using the adorable Piggy Bath. 

I just love, I mean LOVE pigs! So I couldn't wait to create with this one. ;o)

DP is from Craft Smith and CS from Recollections. 

I used a lot of dies here lol- Circle dies from Lifestyle Crafts, Beaded Circles from Spellbinders, Bows from Memory Box, Heart from Sizzix and Sprigs from Marianne Creatables. I paper pierced a border and finished with twine from my stash.

 I colored the image with SN Markers, Spica Pens and Distress Markers. 

I wanted to give it some texture, so I used glossy accents on the "mud" and added just a bit of Brown Superfine Glitter  while it was still wet.

I had the pleasure of working with Moongirl and Bird from Ppinky Dolls Art. 

I used DP's from Recollections "Mosaic Memories" and DP's from American Crafts. I embossed the card bases with DP's with my Swiss Dots EF. Makes for a quilt-like or Patchwork design and feel. 

 Finished with Feathers, bling button and Ribbon from my Stash. 

I colored this image with my new Chameleon Pens...first time using them so be gentle. lol!

Oh Happy Day...

Hi my Crafty Friends!

It's time for a new challenge over at

This month it is:

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BLING!

I used Isla this challenge and did up a monochromatic card.

I used DP from Recollections and CS from Bazzil. Finished with Glitter Tape and Bling from American Crafts.  Sentiment is from Fiskar's Daisy Thanks collection. 

 I colored the image with SN and Distress Markers.  Cut the image with my Labels Fourteen from Spellbinders.  Used Wink of Stella on the Dandelion for more glitter and bling. Inked the edges with sky blue from Color Box.
