I used Clara Cupcake from Hope Jacare at Stitchy Bear. 

I used CS from American Crafts and DP's from DCWV Sweet Stack. MS Punch and Sizzix Tags were also used. Brad, pearls and ribbon are from my stash. 

I colored Clara with SN Markers and Moondust Gellyroll for some sparkle. Sentiment is from Gina K. Designs.
