Here's my card using Two Cats in a Tree and Snarky Congratulations.
I started with a 5x5 Watercolor CS and created a Sunset background using Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Spiced Marmalade, Abandoned Coral and Dusty Concord. I then added some "Faint Stars" in Silver Gellyroll Markers as if they were starting to peak through. Layered onto Fuschia CS and 5.5x5.5 Black CS Base.
I stamped Two Cats in a Tree and Snarky Congratulations in StazOn Jet Black Ink.
